Job Description 

We are looking for a motivated and committed EFL teacher to join our team for an August 2026 start!

At IH Vientiane, we offer a range of courses - General English, IELTS preparation, Business English, and Academic English, to local Lao students ranging from teens preparing for an exam or university overseas to professionals wanting to improve workplace communication or advance their careers. Successful candidates will be expected to teach between 16–20 hours per week, with a timetable shaped around their experience and strengths.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, communicative lessons across a range of courses and levels
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks reliably
- Participate in professional development sessions and peer observations
- Contribute positively to the team and school community

The school offers General English, IELTS Preparation, Academic English and Business English courses. Classes are offered in the main building where the class size is approximately 12-15 students. Courses are also offered to high school groups which are larger classes of up to 30 students.
